“If there was a zero star , I would give zero.
There was a huge COCKROACHE in my room.
The second morning staying in this , in theory ,four star hotel I found a huge cockroach walking on me when I was in the bathroom.
I freaked out , as we paid so much money for this property and I was definitely not expecting this kind of pour hygiene to exist in the facilities.
The hotel manager was completely unprofessional and his attitude was completely unacceptable.
On top of this the hotel canceled my reservation in “booking.com” on purpose in order not to write a bad review.
This downgrades the credibility of booking.com and makes the booking reviews accuracy doubtful.
Do not go in this hotel, try another closer to the city center.”
