“I have been a Marriott Reward member for over 20 years. This by far, was the worse experiences I have encountered. The staff was rude and not willing to help you what so ever. The room were dingy and had a very foul smell. When I spoke to the General Manager he basically acted as if he didn't care if I stayed with this hotel or not. I stayed at that location because, I had a very sick amily member who was been treated at the Mayo Clinic. Do yourself a favor, drive 8 mile down the road and stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was courtesy and friendly, and the room was half the price of the marriott and much cleaner. If you are going to have a hotel near a hospital, you should tell your employees to at least smile or say good morning to someone, you just don't know what they are going through I have closed my Marriott Rewards card because this was such a bad experiences.”
