“Visita inesperada ao Grand Hyatt, Kochi. Apreciamos cada minuto lá, especialmente o restaurante e o ambiente maravilhoso. A equipe foi muito cooperativa e estava pronta para hospedar até tarde da noite com pratos deliciosos. Mãos à obra a toda a equipa.”

“Fui allí para el almuerzo buffet con mi tranvía. El servicio de aparcacoches, el servicio al cliente y el ambiente fue excelente. La cafetería Malabar tiene una excelente vista y arreglos. No era un momento de prisa. El agente de servicio al cliente (Sunita, si recuerdo) hizo una mención aquí. La comida fue amplia, pero excepto los jugos, pasteles y tartas, el sabor era normal para el precio. En general, una visita satisfecha.”
