“I booked this hotel with my travel agency and, I thought it was really nice and clean inside. The rooms are very spacious considering that hotels in Rome are sort of small compared to American hotels. when we arrive at our upgraded suite there was a card welcoming me with a bottle of wine and champagne and some small bites. I also love the fact that they had a rooftop with outdoor sitting and amazing views right at the bottom of it it had a little bar with an inside restaurant. The customer service was excellent. even the cleaning service left some sort of waffle chocolate cookie on top of the bed after cleaning. I was thrilled that it had a gym and it was pretty spacious with water to drink and all. They were super friendly and nice and it was located in the heart of the city where everything was within walking distance including shopping and more restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay again ..”
