“Location The staff came inside without a mask that caught me off guard . The bed mattress was dirty very stained looked like blood in several areas and our room was never cleaned only they cleaned the toilet .we stayed 2 nights never cleaned It.”

“Price and location No downstairs rooms available for 2 handicapped persons - pool just outside of room, did not close at 10pm - very loud music. Key card quit working on the 3rd day - had to go to lobby 3 times to get them to reset bothcards - no do not disturb placards.”
