Hotel horrível.... sujo... com mau cheiro...carpetes com mofos.... serviço de quarto precárioHotel horible, sucio, malo olor,carpetes lleno moho.... servicio precario...

Fica um pouco afastado dos grandes hotéis da cidade e possui um serviço de quarto decente.

Atendente mal educada, grossa e sem preparo. Quanto ao hotel, é ok para duas noites.

Hotel muito simples, internet razoável.. boa opção para quem quer economizar.. mas é um pouco afastado...

Um hotel 4 estrelas e confortável.

A minha estadia de uma semana no mês de dezembro de 2019 neste hotel foi muito boa, e paraminha enorme alegria,sendoque eu que sou fã do programa Trato Feito do History, nãosabia que a loja ficava a menos de 2 quarteirões deste hotel, e assim eu ia quase todo dia na loja a pé!!Tive um pouco de dificuldade de comunicação com o pessoal da recepção , uma vez que meu inglês é péssimo e eles não sabiam nada de português rsrs..., culpa minha, claro, mas o hotel é bom, o pessoal de uma forma geral são simpáticos e atenciosos, os quartos são limpos e as roupas de cama estavam em ótimo estado e cheirosas!! O que eu gostaria de pedir ao proprietário que não cobrasse pelas toalhas de chão que são usadas nos banheiros, pois na minha saída no dia de ir embora tive que pagar pelas mesmas que estavam sujas. obrigado

The Super 8 is truly a gem of motel. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring all that Vegas has to offer. Thank you for an amazing experience!

We had an excellent stay at the Super 8. Cannot be happier with the location, staff, and comfort. We had a junior balcony and it was just perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the view from the restaurant was just incredible. We will definitely be back .

Our last month's family stay in Las Vegas at Super 8 was awesome. The suite was extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool, while I took advantage of the fitness center. The concierge was extremely helpful in planning our days. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vegas.

Hotel recomendado para una visita sencilla a las Vegas,puedes usar sin problema la piscina y el servicio es muy amable con cualquier inquietud que tengas.

The main office was closed and had to use office next door. The room was nasty based on a bed. Two end tables. One office chair. No carpet. No services offered other than check in or out. Would not recommend staying here. To trashy!

Un lugar agradable calidad precio, puedes ir a pie a downTown, cerca de donde filman el precio de la historia, lo malo es que la carretera está en remodelación por lo que el bus no pasa por ahí, tienes que caminar asta el stratophera, el hotel está bien para dormir y descansar, no hay que olvidarte cobran 120 dll de depósito y nada se paga en efectivo

Our bed sank in the middle b/c the frame was bent. Sketchy part of town. Took forever to check in. Rusted door bolts in the bathroom so the door was stiff to open/close. Then they charged us an "amenity fee" at the end of our stay. For what?? I didn't get any amenities. Asked for extra pillows since the 2 we got were flat, didn't get them. I got very cold during the night, but there isn't even a blanket on the bed, just a sheet and very thin cover. No extra blankets in the room. I don't drink coffee so didn't use their coffee packets and their soap and shampoo was cheap stuff, so what amenities was l charged for? We didn't have our room cleaned the whole stay either. Everything l saw in that room was standard for every hotel l've ever stayed except for not getting extra pillows or blanket when reequested, but was never charged an "amenity fee". I wasn't even charged that at hotels that offered free breakfast. There wasn't even a mini fridge in our room or a hair dryer, so again, what amenities? I won't stay here again and l won't recommend it either. Total rip off for the price and then the extra "fee" for absolutely no amenities. I'd give negative stars if l could.

Upon arrival I was charged a surprise $125 deposit per room. I had two rooms. I was also charged a $33 "amenity fee". Don't know what amenities they had to warrant the fee. The area was very ghetto and the walls are very thin so we could hear people arguing. When we left, I got the deposit back for one room but not the full deposit for the other room. I called to ask why not as I had left the rooms in perfect condition. They said there was some spill on three linens and they charge $10 per linen. This is something they could probably wash out with soap and water! I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anybody!

So prior to booking at this Motel I read the reviews on here to get an idea of the place and the service it provides. I found mix reviews so I decided to check it out and see for myself. The following was my experience of the place and service. Check in at 3pm and not earlier, I was third in line and took about 45-mintes to get checked in. The only desk person was super slow, there were approximately 15 people waiting to check in, The front desk person started helping us at approximately 3:18 pm. We booked two rooms and we were able to get rooms next to each other with connecting door (just ask front desk). No iron, had to walk back to front desk to borrow one. No small refrigerator either, ice is provided near front desk. The room was somewhat spacious, queen bed was okay and sat on metal frame with wheels, so it moved... Some rooms have balconies and some don't. There is a bath tub in the room but the water pressure was not too potent, a five minute shower took 10-minutes because of the water pressure. NO CLEANING SERVICES provided when you stay for less than 3-days. I was not informed of this when I booked the room with the motel over the phone, nor was I informed of this by the front desk person. When I asked about this on the second day, the front desk told me that there was a sign at the lobby with this information. I later checked and there is a very small computer typed note on the bottom of the window glass informing patrons of this. They do offer to bring new linens and towels but only upon request. Check the weekly rates vs weekend rates, I paid $180 from Friday to Sunday. I decided to leave Monday and it only cost approximately $58.00 more. While in line to check in, the person in front of me was paying over $100 daily for his room. This location is off the strip but an approximately 15 minute drive to the main hotel on the strip (too far to walk). Over all, I got what I paid for, I think in the future I am going to spend the money to enjoy the amenities and luxuries of the big hotels. I broke the rule ('what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas") of telling you about my experience in Vegas, but I feel that my opinion and experience of this place could be useful in deciding your stay here. Hope this helps. oh, I almost forgot, they have a pool too which I did not use.

Buen hotel nomas para dormir y salir al Strip Boulevard.

They need to get rid of the damn masks, Nevada has lifted the requirement, they should too. Rooms are clean and not bad for the price. Parking between the buildings is WAY to narrow. Should be for compact cars only, not large pick-ups

Realiza una reservación el pasado 16 de octubre del 2021 e incluía desayuno pague todos los servicios y no cumplieron con el desayuno ,aparte de que hay cucarachas . administración del hotel no contesta mis correos para que me reembolsen por un servicio que pague

Este hotel tiene unas puertas de rejas para subir a los pisos de arriba ,cuando la gente sale o entra se azota y por mala suerte me toco el cuarto justo al lado de esta .. fue muy incómodo a la hora de dormir porque el ruido era fuertísimo ! Los cuartos huelen mal ,la tv no servía ,una lámpara no funcionaba ,dijeron que teniadesayuno incluido que no es verdad ! Me hicieron un cobro adelantado que ni ellos sabían porque !! El personal poco amable , y más la chica con la que reclamas tu depósito ! Realmente no vuelvo a este hotel ! Mal ..

Desde mi primer viaje a Las Vegas siempre me he quedado el el súper 8 ya que es un hotel bonito y limpio. Pero esta última vez que fuy tuve una experiencia muy desagradable . Ya que el lobby del super 8 estaba.cerrado y me tuve que registrar en el lobby de a ladoel muchacho Raúl me atendió y fue muy despota conmigo.Al llegar lo salude y le dije que quería una recámara en el súper 8 y me dijo que mejor me quedara en el hotel thunderbird que era un hotel mejor y más. Bonito . Le dije que no que yo siempre me quedaba en el súper 8 al oír esto noté su molestia. Me dijo que me tenia que checar la temperatura le dije que estaba bien pero lo podía hacer en otra parte del cuerpo en la mano por ejemplo ya que yo sufro de epilepsia y esa máquina me da Dolores de cabeza que yo en Los Ángeles e entradoa hospitales y me an chocado la temperatura en la mano me dijo que no que no podía que eran las reglas del hotel no se si sea cierto esto o no ya que otros lugares la hacen en la mano pero hay formas de decírselo a la persona y no con prepotencia. Yo estuve a punto de irme por la actitud tan mala de este muchacho . Pero yo iba acompañado de mi mamá y como no manejo por mi problema de epilepsia preferi ya agarrar la habitación y no irme a buscar otro hotel. Yo te quiero preguntar Raúl si un día vas a un restaurant y pides tu comida favoritay el mesero te dice que no que la otra. Comida esta mejor y tu ledices que no que quieres tu comida favorita y el mesero te empieza a tratar mal por eso . Tu que harías Raúl . Aprende a tratar a la gente se amable y no seas arrogante . Yo en ningún momento te hablé mal . Y si estás trabajando para dos hoteles nunca digas que uno es mejor que otro . Espero que la próxima vez que me hospede en el súper 8 porque me seguiré hospedando . Es un gran hotelasí a Raúl no le guste . Ya hallan abierto el lobby en el súper 8 para que no me atienda el . No quiero volver a tratar con una persona tan inmadura como el . Las dos muchachas que me atendieron si fueron muy amables y atentas ellas si son profesionales y son aptas para atender al público.

Este es un 🏨 básicamente solo para dormir en el, los cuartos se ven de estilo moderno pero se ven viejos, usados y faltos de mantenimiento, camas distintas en un mismo cuarto, falta de accesorios, letreros que te cobrarán por respirar, algo oscuro, esta en zona decente a mala depende de la temporada, sin embargo el servicio fué muy bueno en el lobby, la mucama se le olvidó arreglar nuestro cuarto la vez que le solicitamos el favor, el cuarto estaba limpio, se recomienda solo para llegar a dormir a un buen precio y bajo resort fee

It may be hard to find if ur new to the city and dont have GPS lol.. the staff is helpful. I enjoyed the old school style of the hotel. Wish the offer better parking. Ordering a pizza is kinda cool...
