Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini hingga mereka bisa memperbaiki servicenya. Untuk hotel selevel bintang 5, pelayanannya kalah dengan penginapan rumahan. No bellboy, check in di jam 2 namun br mendapatkan kamar di jam 6. Kamar yg dipesan double namun yg didapat twin bed. Saya memesan baby crib hingga 3 kali namun tidak pernah sampai di kamar. Telepon tidak pernah diangkat dan harus ke bawah untuk meminta sesuatu. Keluarga saya bahkan gak mendapatkan sabun di kamarnya hingga akhir mereka check out. Dan terakhir- mereka salah input nomor parkir kendaraan saya sehingga ketika kami keluar, kami harus jalan kaki masuk lagi dan mengantri untuk mendapatkan free parking. Selama proses ini, kami membawa bayi berumur kurang dari 8 bulan. Sehingga seluruh proses sangat menyusahkan. Very dissapointed! Kami bahkan gak memesan kamar dengan harga diskon untuk mendapatkan pelayanan seburuk ini di hotel bintang 5.

O processo de check-in demorou muito, muitas das luzes do quarto estavam apagadas, a tampa da banheira estava quebrada, não conseguia reter água. Quer voltar para ficar de novo? Claro que não.

Apenas 3 estrelas, porque para mim um hotel da classe Pullman deveria ter um bom serviço, mas seja qual for a potência, acabou ficando longe das minhas expectativas ... a comida do hóspede que ficava em frente à porta do quarto, o serviço de limpeza não não pego por dias.o quarto que tinha que ser limpo só era limpo, mas coisas como pasta de dente que acabou ou sabonete que nem foi reabastecido pelo balconista ... tinha que ligar e pedir uma nova recarga.Desculpe, pullman, longe do que eu esperava

Five star Hotel connecting to Central Park Mall. Big Hotel with full facility. Gym, swimming Pool, kids corner, cafe, lounge, sky garden, outdoor park, ballroom, meeting room. Room was good, spacious. Big Bathroom. For breakfast, comparing to Pullman Thamrin, here not soo much choices as the others. But taste still good. Check out was smooth. They need to add more staff so dont have to wait too long for asking like trolley bag. Reccomended for family and business.

O local fica estrategicamente próximo a um shopping, infelizmente não é estratégico se você quiser ir do estacionamento ao hotel, tem que virar, a senha do wifi que consta no cartão não corresponde ao original

Quando você quiser fazer o check-in, terá que ficar na fila por 30 minutos porque há apenas 1 pessoa na recepção que tem um medalhão aberto para servir. Embora houvesse vários funcionários naquela época.Pedi emprestado talheres de ontem ŕ noite ŕs 7, mas nunca veio.Há uma barata na gaveta de lenços de papel. No geral, não recomendo ficar aqui novamente

Good place to stay if you happen in need to have a quick stroll in one of the biggest mall complex in west jakarta.Comfy room, but it will be akward if you stay with a colleage / friend as some of the bathroom is very visible from the bed.Easy access to the mall, lots of great food there. Good service here. Maintenance could be upgrade though (lift, corner from lift hall, etc).still worth the price!

Great hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Love the art works. But some of them seem not to be in the right place. I find the painting in my room a nuisance. Foods are standard. Love the seafood in their lunch & dinner boxes. But salad bar is not available on weekdays. Bad news for salad lovers. Fruits are plenty, though. If you are at the hotel for business & use the business center on the L floor. It takes quite some to get there from your room. Hope you like walking. And, ladies, use your flat shoes or sneakers. The air con is centralized in the business center as well as in the room, I guess. I couldn't change the ac temperature in my room. Oh, one of the elevators, elevator one, I guess, isn't working well. I heard one of my colleagues got stuck there for 15 minutes. Central Park mall is literally next door. A heaven for shopping freaks. If you love the city scape & stay in the upper floors, you'll be in for an eye feast. Enjoy the sunset I got to see when I was in room 1030! 😍

Incredibly strategic place. The hotel is close to shopping outlets, malls, and practically everywhere. The hotel is unique with their modern industrial (?) style. Personally, I'm not a big fan of it, but it's an interesting take in modern art + hotels. The room is clean, as expected, and the sheets are very much neat and clean. I liked the view from my room at night, and the pool was nice as well. However, the staff has my best compliments. Very fast service and incredibly friendly. I saw the concierge help this family unload 3+ bags of stuff and a rice cooker with noisy kids. Incredible service and patience from that guy. Also, the front desk is really nice, and they're able to help with so many things. Thanks!

The room is not spacious, but comfy and clean. Breakfast is variative but taste so so. Tried the dinner buffet, and the taste is so so too.

Two thumbs for their air conditioning system. I'm terribly sensitive with temperature change and allergens from air conditioner - so I greatly appreciate theirs. The cooling system works really well, in terms that it can consistently keep the right temperature. Fan speed only increases to reach needed temperature. I can keep the room at 23 degrees while sleeping. Great location, with mall attached to the tower. Lots and lots of restaurants below. Room is clean, with decent amenities. Hospitable staffs, with Hassle-free checkin /checkout. Chic and almost quirky, yet lively shared space (lobby, restaurants, pool, etc) I just don't like their interior design for the room. They put sofa pillow on the bed. Side table are too low for the elevated beds. TV is too small for the wide wall - which painted orange - with bright colored art piece on one side. I can appreciate the style in public spaces - but I think bedroom should firstly calming and should be able to get our eyes to rest. Shower box also have similar problem. The wall is painted as if it was unfinished. It makes me feel like I take shower in a dirty place. They put fridge on the top shelf and coffee/tea maker in lower shelf - you have to squat when you make coffee
