I mean, for an airport hotel it’s pretty decent. We were sent there by JetBlue after our flight got canceled. The rooms were good for what they are. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. The food at the restaurant was not very good but at least we didn’t pay for it. Breakfast was better than dinner.

Good hotel to stay near the airport. They have their own airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. Only downside is that the staff did not give any info. It took some time to find out when breakfast was and when the bus was leaving for the airport. The rooms were big with really comfortable beds. There is a small supermarket right next to the hotel for some grocery shopping. The hotel also has a big pool and a gym. Breakfast was alright, but could be better. A lot of food was pre packed with limited choices. This gives a cheap feeling. Make sure not to take a taxi to the hotel, choose to take the hotel shuttle as taxi’s can charge you 40 dollars for a short 10 minute ride.

El hotel está muy bueno para el precio que conseguimos. Llegamos en la noche a Cancún y nos quedamos 1 día. La tarifa incluye desayuno que esta bastante variado, el personal es súper agradable, incluye transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y del hotel al Aeropuerto. La habitación es sencilla pero está súper cómodo el colchón y las almohadas.

This property is very convenient to Cancun Airport. There is a free shuttle from the airport. You need to have a cellphone to call the hotel for the shuttle. There are no hotel phones in airport. The shuttles do not come without calling the hotel. The room had no hot water in the shower on the day I checked in. I reported this to the hotel. They said they fixed the problem.. The following morning there again was no hot water in the shower. They have a nonexistent system for addressing problems at the hotel. I asked for a manager to discuss problem. No one on duty had any authority to resolve a complaint. I asked to be contacted by a manager. There was no follow up at all. When I contacted them again they gave me a email to send my concerns to. They don't pass concerns to management. Doesn't seem to follow Marriott protocol. In general it's a decent hotel...if you are lucky enough to not encounter any problems. Not sure I would stay there again. A hot shower is something that is very basic to provide a guest. And the hotel management failed miserably.

I had a very early flight home so we booked this hotel the day before we left since it's so close to the airport and has shuttle service. I had an opportunity to eat lunch and dinner here. I found the hotel to be a very clean and pleasant with a nice pool. But what I was most impressed with was the restaurant and food. Being in a hotel restaurant I kind of expected generic fair at very high prices. I found the prices to be very fair and the quality of food was beyond my expectations. Everything came out fresh and hot and very flavorful. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful with good recommendations. I highly recommend this sopes. I also brought me this tuna panini which comes on a tostada which was a huge chunks of seared fresh hot tuna on top. A must try. Props to our waiter Rafael. The airport area isn't very exciting but if you need a quick place before you take off I found it to be delightful

Muy mala experiencia esperando el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, mas de 2 horas de espera. Además no me generaron la factura estando en el hotel y después de solicitarla ha sido un proceso muy complicado, donde nadie sabe como generar una factura de una estancia pasada. Todo lo demás esta bien pero estos dos puntos me hicieron pasar una muy mala estancia.Conseguí la factura después de 13 llamadas y mas de 1 hora al teléfono.

It's the third time I stay in this hotel because of the convenience of it being close to Cancun Airport. The last 2 times everything was good with the hotel and the room. However, during our last stay, there were a couple of issues that I don't think are acceptable for a hotel of this category. First, there was no hot water in the shower. What I could get was lukewarm, at best. I reported the issue to the reception. Their answer was that they would report it to maintenance to solve the problem. I waited for an hour and still no hot water. The second problem, and probably the most concerning during this COVID pandemic, was that the coffee machine in our room was not cleaned after the previous guests had checked out and the staff had cleaned the room. The coffee machine still had a used disposable coffee bag and a dirty mug in it. Also, there was a bucket for ice with water next to the coffee machine. Obviously cleaning staff only replaced the bottles of water and coffee sachets but didn't bother to look at or clean the rest of the appliances. All of this is supposed to be disinfected according to their 'commit to clean' website and the hanger handle you find on the door when first entering the room. My last stay just makes me wonder how well clean and disinfected the rooms really are.

Many failings. There was no hot water in shower for an hour and half in the morning and I finally had to take cold shower. The lighting in the room was pathetic, 3 dim lights. The lamps also had a very cold color temperature, cold white. The room felt sterile rather than cozy. The safe was locked when I got into the room so I could not use right away.

The shuttle never arrived at the airport to pick my sister up but sadly this wasn’t the worst part. After having a confirmed reservation through booking.com for my sister as soon as she arrived she gave the front desk person her name and he told her that yes she did have a confirmed reservation but that they didn't have any rooms available( apparently they were overbooked and weren't able to find an alternative. )The person was very rude and didn’t try to make things better or try to be helpful in any way. The reason he gave her for not having a room available was is that the room wasn’t paid, even though it was clear in the reservation that it was supposed to be paid upon arrival at the hotel. Aferre all this situation I called the hotel and nobody answered, I also send them a message trough booking and they never got back to me. I would not recommend this hotel at all even though is a nice hotel and a great location but the device was terrible.

CUIDADO!!por pagar con tarjeta de crédito Banamex, un consumo en restorán, hicieron un cargo adicional del 20 por ciento, lo cual además de ser un abuso al cliente es un fraude!! Ya que entregan el voucher por la cantidad del consumo, pero cargan el adicional. A mi esposa le llegó el aviso del cargo por parte del banco en ese momento y al reclamar no quisieron cancelar la operación, alegando que no podían cancelarla porque tendrían una diferencia en contra. Así que cuidado con estos fraudes!! Debe ser un negocio muy lucrativo, pero es una lastima que se engañe así al turismo.

Estamos sin dormir con ruido de su pésimo servicio de clima. El aparato parece una lata que golpea todo el dormitorio desde el pasillo y no lo pueden apagar además de que sobrevendieron habitaciónes y tienen familias sin ingreso a estas horas de la noche pésimo servicio. No hay quien solucione el problema y no nos dan opción de cambio de habitación . Es la primer experiencia de este tipo que tengo en un hotel. Pésimo servicio.

Un desastre total! Después de tener una reserva confirmada a través de booking para que mis hijas se quedaran una noche ahí y de informar que el check in sería muy tarde (00:00-3:00) por la llegada del vuelo, al llegar a la 1 am le dijeron que no tenían habitación ( estaban overbooking) y no fueron capaces de buscar una alternativa. La justificación que dieron es que mi tarjeta no pasaba cuando trataron de cobrarme a las 6 pm, aún cuando quedaba claro en la reserva que se pagaba al arribar al hotel. Mis hijas, de 20 y 21 años tuvieron que quedarse en el lobby del hotel toda la noche por no buscar ellos una solución. A esa hora (1:00 am 3 de enero)recibí yo el email de que cancelaban la reserva, lo cual era totalmente injustificado. Lamentable situación. Me he quedado en ese hotel en reiteradas ocasiones. El personal es espectacular y es un lugar muy cómodo y de buena ubicación, pero esta situación desprestigia todo lo anterior pues está lejos de las buenas prácticas de un hotel overbooking.

I would not recommend this hotel, the room had a strong odor of mold and the bathroom sink kept clogging. There were no other suites available so I was stuck with the odor. After I left I asked guest services to follow up with me to let me know what the smell was in case it was black mold. No response a week later. Very disappointed with the Marriott hotel. The only positive comment was one of the waiters at the hotel restaurant that works in the evening had superior customer service. I will no longer be staying with Marriot after my first and last experience. Hilton has my business from here on out.

The beds were very comfortable, the pool was fine, shower was hot with good pressure, everything was clean. The food was pretty good. However, the shuttle to the airport didn't show up at the 6am hour with dozens of people waiting so for this they lost a star.

Unreliable shuttle. Called before our flight to confirm and called again to request shuttle at 9pm. Shuttle didn’t show up until a little after 10pm. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport, so there’s no excuse. The shuttle didn’t have enough seats for everyone with reservations so some people got left behind. The hotel itself is like a nice motel 6. It works as a quick one night stay and is clean but it’s very basic, don’t expect typical Marriott quality

1. Worst shuttle service organisation I ever experienced. The driver did his job well but just one shuttle for a lot of people. I had to wait for hours to get from the airport to the hotel.2. Unfriendly service in the restaurant. I sat down. The waiter came, asked me what I would like to have, and I said, that I need to look in the menu first. After looking in the menu, I asked another waiter to order and he told me, that I can not order for 45 minutes because the kitchen is full.

The hotel tells you shuttles come at :20 and :50 on each hour 24 hours a day. We showed up at 4:40am and no bus showed up. After repeated trips to the front desk, he guaranteed a bus would come in 10 minutes for the 15 people waiting outside. The bus never came and we demanded he order us taxis. It's very likely we're going to miss our international flight because of the incompetence of the hotel and it's staff. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel that is honest and reliable. It doesn't matter if they do everything else right if they can't get you to your international flight on time.

Llegamos muy tarde por la noche y muy cansados nos metimos a la cama sin darnos cuenta hasta la mañana siguiente que amanecimos con piquetes GIGANTES por todo el cuerpo!!! Al menos yo me conté 16 ronchas en las piernas!!! Revisamos las sabanas y estaban sucias, tenían manchas. Un asco. Mis siguientes días que fueron de mi Luna de miel en la playa estuve con mis piernas así. Además, olvide unas sandalias NUEVAS en la habitación y jamás me dieron razón de ellas en las siguientes 10 llamadas que hice al hotel los días posteriores. Me costaba hasta que me tomaran las llamadas. Jamás habíamos experimentado un shuttle TAN MALO al aeropuerto, muchísimas personas esperando en el lobby sin ningún orden pues al intentar agendarlo la noche que llegamos nos dijeron que no era necesario, que pasaba cada 20 min. Lo cual NO fue cierto.

These people wouldn't answer their phone if Publisher's Clearing House was offering the grand prize. I even received a second number for airport pickup, which simply didn't pick up in Spanish. We ended up waiting 1 hour for a shuttle that was supposed to pick up every 15 minutes. If we reached someone on the phone we could have coordinated, or known which unmarked vehicle would get us to the airport. The customer service then proceeded to use the excuse that this shuttle that we were told we could get was a courtesy. So they don't want to acknowledge that we were only waiting because we were told to expect one, and some half sincere apology was supposed to replace the time and money. But that was only when I finally got a manager, two days later. Prior to that, I waited 30 minutes for a front desk lady who was determine to pretend I wasn't patiently waiting. Then has an attitude when dealing with me like, why the hell am I there? Good question lady, I promise I won't make that mistake again. They nickle and dime for plates, their food wasn't anything special, their TV channels had poor reception, and the beach they were near was incredibly mediocre. An absolutely trash experience traveling out of the country on vacation.

Buena opción si vas de trabajo no tiene playa privada ni tampoco excelentes vistas. Tiene habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas pero pasillos muy largos y si estás cansado y no quieres caminar pues difícil. La comida en el restaurante es algo cara.

Stayed there 8/2-8/3… no water to shower with, went to the front desk to ask about this issue and they told me it would be fixed in an hour… we’ll an hour passed and we lost water all together, had to buy bottled water somewhere to at least brush our teeth because they didn’t have any water bottles or provide any for us. Not even the toilet had water. They told us we would get a box lunch/breakfast for our trip since we left at 3am… idk if there was something we were supposed to do, they didn’t direct us to anything. When we were ready to check out there was nothing in sight in terms of boxed lunches. Pretty disappointed in this place.

Really friendly staff! Make you feel so welcomed and really informative with ANY question you ask whether it be at the front desk, the cleaning staff or the waiters at their restaurant. Unfortunately not so great things happened during our stay. Had to call up for someone to fix our fridge twice, had that one removed and was told a new one would come in 10 minutes. . Had to let the front desk know the next day it never arrived. Our food went bad but they were quick to bring another in after that and were extremely apologetic. One evening the 1st and 2nd floor were slightly flooded! Lobby had staff running back and forth at first dealing with the dripping ceiling spots running down the floor. Main elevators were out of order so it was a bit of inconvenience for us thank God we were on the 3rd floor so we just went straight to our room to stay away from it all. They had it fixed the next day. Room service was bad when we initially arrived: one towel in the bathroom seemed used already & toilet paper rolls both halfway done. Once room service came the second time we had lotion, and wash cloth included unlike the first time we arrived & brand new toilet paper rolls, removing the old half used ones. I would say I'll come back. . Maybe give it another chance? Favorite thing here? The buffet style breakfast!! Their little gym was nice. . Pool & little garden also nice! For $80 a night? 🤷🏻‍♀️ seen this place go for $55 a night during specials maybe then I'll go again for another week.

Very nice hotel - great option for us for one night when we got in late and didn't want to pay for a full day at our resort. Stayed here for one night then went to our resort the next morning.Room was very clean with comfy beds and everything you need. Had dinner at the restaurant which was excellent and free breakfast the next morning.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very impressed and will definitely stay here again next time!

Highly recommend this hotel. After our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next morning this hotel accommodated everyone on our flight for the night. They were extremely nice and helpful, especially after last minute arrangements for such a large group. They provided a nice dinner buffet for us that evening and a light breakfast the following morning on our way to the airport. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Thanks to the staff for their efficiency and kindness!

The room is nice and comfortable, the advertised tea and coffee facilities equal 2sachets of coffee no tea nor water in the room, there is no menu or information in the room, when I queried I was told there are QR codes everywhere. I booked for 2 weeks and was charged the entire price on the first night so I'm stuck here. This hotel is great for passing through but if you are on holiday spend more and go down town... They may even care a little more there about their guests.
