Al personal le falta mucho brindarse al servicio. Te niegan cosas, tardan varias horas en darte las habitaciones. Tienes que resolver con la gerencia para que seas atendido. Las instalaciones estan bien.

El hotel está muy bonito, siguen todas las medidas de sana distancia e higiene. Las instalaciones muy limpias, la comida es rica, aunque siempre tienen el mismo menú. Los elevadores son un asco! Mi habitación estaba en el séptimo piso y tenía que bajar por las escaleras, había tres elevadores y solo servía uno. Hubo un error de cobro por parte del señor en recepción y la administradora se portó grosera con nosotros siendo error de ellos.

Bom atendimento, falta de pessoal, não cumprem os horários nos restaurantes que fecham antes do tempo, não têm serviços de urgência dentro do hotel YA que obrigam os asmáticos a usarem máscaras faciais, pouquíssimas espreguiçadeiras para o número de pessoas ficar, espero melhorar e principalmente treinar sua equipe em relação às doenças respiratórias crônicas, eles podem pegar um bom susto por causa de informações ruins

Buen servicio, falta personal,no cumplen con los horarios en restaurantes cerrando antes de tiempo,no cuentan con servicios de emergencia dentro del hotel YA que obligan a las personas asmáticas a usar cubrebocas,muy muy pocos camastros para la cantidad de gente hospedada,ojalá mejoren y sobre todo capaciten a su personal con respecto a enfermedades respiratorias crónicas, se pueden llevar un buen susto por mala información

The hotel is looking rundown and is in need of a big investment, otherwise is going to become a 2* hotels soon. The food is awful, the worst I have ever eaten. If you can, please save some money and only buy your stay without food. You can eat at any restaurant across the street and it would be better than the food from this place. The beach is lovely but your palapas need fixing. The personal is very friendly and helpful. The guest(not all) are walking around not wearying face masks and there is always the American tourist who think they are better than everyone else and they do not need to wear a face mask(because they paid 800 dollars and rules do not apply to them) that is exactly what he said when he was asked to put the mask on....... sad.

O lugar é agradável, um bom ambiente para relaxar, infelizmente a atenção do pessoal nos diferentes restaurantes ou áreas de alimentação deixa muito a desejar, parece que você está pedindo a comida de presente mesmo que seja um buffet, por outro lado a comida não é tão bom. Na área da piscina as pessoas vestem camiseta e bermuda jeans e mesmo com o cinto, por outro lado, colocam as espreguiçadeiras de lado por mais de 2 horas, evitando que as pessoas que chegam as usem e os funcionários com medo de que as pessoas ficam chateadas não faz nada sobre isso. Paguei mais de 9 mil pesos por 3 noites e 4 dias e a verdade não vale muito.

El lugar es agradable, buen ambiente para relajarse, desgraciadamente la atención del personal de los diferentes restaurantes o zonas de comida deja mucho que desear, parece que le estás pidiendo regalada la comida a pesar de que es bufete, por otro lado la comida no está tan buena. En la zona de la alberca la gente se mete con playera y shorts de mezclilla e inclusoaún con el cinturón puesto, por otro lado apartan los camastros por más de 2 horas impidiendo que la gente q va llegando los pueda utilizar y los empleados temerosos de q la gente se moleste no hace nada al respecto. Pagué más de 9 mil pesos por 3 noches y 4 días y la verdad no vale mucho la pena.

Great place to stay, the food is not the best really but acceptable. Very clean, excellent service from everyone, specially Ignacio the front desk manager and Sergio at the pool bar and Yola our waitress, thanks to all the staff for making our stay so welcoming. The pool was also always clean, the beds so comfy.

The hotel was exceptional clean, pools and beach fantastic. Staff was pleasant but many didn’t have a good understanding of English. Totally safe, would be excellent for children. The food was mediocre, not much choice., everything has a sauce. We have food allergies so just plain grilled chicken or fish would have been nice. Don’t need tomatoes and peppers on everything. We went uptown to The generals and Deborah, great food there but when go all inclusive shouldn’t have too

The resort is very very clean, pools are excellent, drinks are excellent. This resort caters mostly to the locals. Food is mostly geared to what the locals eat, especially for breakfast. There is not much variety or choices concerning the food. The Italian restaurant is excellent. Talked to the General Manager and he said they are working on improvements. The staff is very friendly, a little more English would be nice, but that is a work in progress. I would not recommend the resort for a first time visitor to Mexico, just because of the food. I am staying right now at this hotel, been here 4 nights and leaving tomorrow. Points to improve: 1. Food is really bad, have to go outside to get something decent. I only have breakfast, Thanks God. 2. The beach has big waves with strong currents that pull you into the ocean, not nice to swim around. 3. Music is very loud and parties last longer than 10:00pm, I am a quiet person myself The good points: 1. You get great service from the people. Be nice to them, give them a tip and they will be very helpful. 2. The hotel is old but they work hard to maintain. Had a failure on the AC controller and they replace it in 3 hours, not bad for Mexico. 3. Large pools, very well maintained. 4. Great view of the beach from your room.
