“Hi Neil, You have a great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast offer and the shower was perfect but please, for necks everywhere, consider offering guests a range of pillows. It usually comes as standard in a hotel of your rating. Giving guests the choice of a thin solid block of memory foam or a throw cushion when they've paid to stay in a premium hotel is a let down. I called reception while there to ask if there were alternatives and the nice chap I spoke to was incredibly sympathetic. Thank goodness I'd brought a heat shawl from home that I could wrap around my neck and shoulders, enough for them to relax so I could at least grab a couple of hours sleep before my conference. I wouldn't stop there again.”
