A well deserved 4 star hotel. I'd say the service is a 5 star without a doubt. I was only planning to stay a night but it was too enjoyable that I stayed for another night. Great for those driving as the parking is just beside the hotel. It's £18 though.The view in the room was great. The breakfast was really good. The black pudding is especially good for me as it's the firmer kind. Loved the fresh fruit selection and the juices. The lady at the reception for breakfast was very friendly too.I also had snacks at the bar. It did take quite a while but it was worth the wait. Would be perfect if they had a pool!Would definitely come back again. Um merecido hotel de 4 estrelas. Eu diria que o serviço é um 5 estrelas sem dúvida. Eu estava planejando ficar apenas uma noite, mas foi muito agradável que eu tenha ficado por mais uma noite. Ótimo para quem está de carro, pois o estacionamento fica ao lado do hotel. É £ 18 embora.A vista do quarto era ótima. O café da manhã foi muito bom. A morcela é especialmente boa para mim, pois é do tipo mais firme. Adorei a seleção de frutas frescas e os sucos. A senhora da recepção para o café da manhã também foi muito simpática.Eu também comi lanches no bar. Demorou bastante mas valeu a pena esperar. Seria perfeito se tivessem uma piscina!Definitivamente voltaria novamente.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was huge and looked very impressive. Along side of the Mersey, and within walking distance of everything.The room was very big and really lovely, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was huge. A really nice breakfast each morning, lots to choose from. Nós absolutamente apreciamos a nossa estadia neste hotel. Era enorme e parecia muito impressionante. Ao lado do Mersey e a uma curta distância de tudo. O quarto era muito grande e realmente adorável, a cama era muito confortável. O banheiro era enorme. Um café da manhã muito bom todas as manhãs, muito por onde escolher.

A tale of two hotels. Weekday staff, brilliant couldn't do enough for you. Weekend staff were curt and short with you. The attitudes are completely different. Also we had to order in several times due to myself recovering from surgery. Breakfast Saturday, fresh, everything done there and then. Covered to keep it all warm and the person delivering it was chatty and friendly. Sunday everything had come off the buffet downstairs, it had been sat ages and wasn't covered when it arrived. The food was luke warmand a but rubbery. The room was clean although it looked as if the bed had never been moved and whatever was now under there was gaining sentience. Overall I'd like to give it more than the 2 stars but I can justify it.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed there for 4 nights in May 2022 in the Deluxe Premium room and it was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were amazing. Staff was fast and getting us extra shampoos and shower gels, mini fridge fully stocked up every day, catering staff were great and food was delicious. Drinks from the bar were made perfectly. Room service was quick and price wasn't too bad. Wanted to stay here again in November for another trip but was booked up. Will definitely try and stay here again next year for a romantic getaway. Fantástico hotel! Fiquei lá por 4 noites em maio de 2022 no quarto Deluxe Premium e era limpo e espaçoso. A equipe do hotel foi incrível. A equipe foi rápida e nos trouxe xampus e géis de banho extras, frigobar totalmente abastecido todos os dias, a equipe de catering foi ótima e a comida deliciosa. As bebidas do bar foram feitas perfeitamente. O serviço de quarto foi rápido e o preço não foi tão ruim. Queria ficar aqui novamente em novembro para outra viagem, mas foi reservado. Definitivamente tentarei ficar aqui novamente no próximo ano para uma escapadela romântica.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed there for 4 nights in May 2022 in the Deluxe Premium room and it was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were amazing. Staff was fast and getting us extra shampoos and shower gels, mini fridge fully stocked up every day, catering staff were great and food was delicious. Drinks from the bar were made perfectly. Room service was quick and price wasn't too bad. Wanted to stay here again in November for another trip but was booked up. Will definitely try and stay here again next year for a romantic getaway.

Something to consider if you need to get an early night. Bom hotel, limpo e arrumado. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestam um ótimo serviço. A única desvantagem é que, a menos que você esteja visitando os eventos ao lado do Centro de Exposições, você pode ser colocado em uma sala ao lado do evento e ouvir coisas como música. Algo a considerar se você precisar dormir cedo.

Hi Neil, You have a great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast offer and the shower was perfect but please, for necks everywhere, consider offering guests a range of pillows. It usually comes as standard in a hotel of your rating. Giving guests the choice of a thin solid block of memory foam or a throw cushion when they've paid to stay in a premium hotel is a let down. I called reception while there to ask if there were alternatives and the nice chap I spoke to was incredibly sympathetic. Thank goodness I'd brought a heat shawl from home that I could wrap around my neck and shoulders, enough for them to relax so I could at least grab a couple of hours sleep before my conference. I wouldn't stop there again. Olá Nil, Você tem um ótimo hotel, funcionários simpáticos, boa oferta de café da manhã e o chuveiro era perfeito, mas, por favor, para pescoços em todos os lugares, considere oferecer aos hóspedes uma variedade de travesseiros. Geralmente vem como padrão em um hotel de sua classificação. Dar aos hóspedes a escolha de um bloco fino e sólido de espuma de memória ou uma almofada quando eles pagam para ficar em um hotel premium é uma decepção. Excellent hotel- the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly. But the beds. Oh my god, so comfortable. For someone who travels for work and spends 75% of the year in various hotels, these beds are definitely in the top tier. The pillows are insanely comfortable and I slept better than I have all year! Convenient location with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance Excelente hotel - os quartos são espaçosos, a equipe é simpática. Mas as camas. Oh meu Deus, tão confortável. Para quem viaja a trabalho e passa 75% do ano em vários hotéis, essas camas são definitivamente de primeira linha. Os travesseiros são incrivelmente confortáveis e eu dormi melhor do que durante todo o ano! Localização conveniente com muitos bares e restaurantes a uma curta distância

Reception staff are really friendly. Rooms are modern and have everything you need.Including a safe, fridge, bathrobes and slippers.Bed and pillows great.Bar staff are not the friendliest in the evening.Great in the day. Breakfast was not the best.Bacon cooked on top but all stick together and not cooked underneath. Sausages cooked in one side. Scrambled eggs in chunks and swimming in liquid (assume water).Location is great and would stay again. But would go elsewhere for breakfast.Particular shout out to the member if staff who found our grand daughters Flamingo and returned it to us in the morning. Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos. Os quartos são modernos e têm tudo o que você precisa. Inclui um cofre, frigorífico, roupões de banho e chinelos. Cama e travesseiros ótimos.Os funcionários do bar não são os mais amigáveis à noite. Ótimo no dia. O café da manhã não era o melhor. Bacon cozido por cima, mas todos grudados e não cozidos por baixo. Salsichas cozidas de um lado. Ovos mexidos em pedaços e nadando em líquido (assumir água).A localização é ótima e ficaria novamente. Mas iria para outro lugar para o café da manhã.Um grito especial para o membro da equipe que encontrou nossas netas Flamingo e a devolveu para nós pela manhã.

Excelente hotel, idealmente localizado para o Albert Dock e Livetpool 1, ambos a curta distância. Embora a qualidade da comida para o pequeno-almoço inglês completo fosse excelente, a maioria dos itens eram apenas quentes em vez de muito decepcionante. Data da estadia de 1 a 3 de novembro de 2021.

Excellent hotel, ideally located for the Albert Dock and Livetpool 1 both within walking distance. Although the quality of the food for the full English breakfast was excellent most items were just warm rather than hot very disappointing. Date of stay 1st to 3rd of November 2021.

Stayed overnight in twin room. Marvellous view. Room very large and very well appointed .Lovely bath robe . Had a room with breakfast and evening meal deal. Great value and good food. Car park next door . Hadn’t realised hotel was so near Albert Dock . Great location .Will certainly recommend and return

When booking my room I was informed by the booking system that there were only superior king rooms available which was an additional fee due to the better room. When I got to my room it was no different to any other room! There were also stains on the towels in the bathroom. And behind the skin was not clean. I also ate in the hotel that evening and unfortunately was up all night ill with food poisoning. I have emailed the hotel and unfortunately had no response and this was a week ago. I will not be stopping there again unfortunately. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location for the exhibition hall. But unfortunately did not feel my expensive room was worth it.

Hotel com cinto absoluto. Quarto impressionante, limpo e com preços razoáveis com muitos extras, incluindo um mini-bar gratuito, leitor Bose e máquina de café. Absolute belting hotel. Reasonably priced, clean, stunning room with lots of extras including a free mini bar, Bose player and coffee maker. Stunning unusual bathroom that’s very quirky and the breakfast was delicious. The staff always went that extra mile and was made to feel like I should want for nothing. Definitely be coming again.

Visitei Liverpool para abs de fim de semana ficamos aqui. Muito fácil chegar ao estacionamento seguro abs adjacente ao hotel.Nice grande e limpo hotel com altos padrões. Os quartos eram excepcionais, assim como o serviço ao cliente.Teve uma refeição noturna deslumbrante e foi servido pela jovem senhora Nusha. Ela estava correndo e atendendo a todas as nossas necessidades.Recomendo e visite novamente.

Visited Liverpool for weekend abs stayed here. Very easy to get to abs secure car park adjacent to hotel. Nice big, clean Hotel with high standards. Rooms were exceptional as was the customer service. Had stunning evening meal and was served by young lady Nusha. She was running around and catered to our every need. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, and spotlessly clean rooms with amazing views - breakfast is excellent taken in the hotels restaurant but I'd give the restaurant a miss for dinner as there are so many restaurants a short walk away at Albert Dock providing a large variety of dishes to suit all palates.. There is plenty of parking in a nearby multi storey car park, with plenty of disabled parking spaces.
