“It's really nice hotel.”

“I had an incredible two night stay here while in Shenzhen for business, leaving impressed with what I believe to be one of the finest hotels in the world. The attention to detail in everything, be it design cleanliness, service, food, or anything else was incredible. The coordinated effort to anticipate every need, even those you didn't know you had was astounding. By far the nicest property I've been to in the Hyatt portfolio, or anyone's portfolio for that matter. I had stayed at two other highly rated properties in Shenzhen and neither came close to the experience here. At arrival I was greeted downstairs and a staff member accompanied me to the front desk, waiting for me during check-in, and then escorting me again upstairs to my room. That service set the bar for what to expect later and there wasn't a staff member who didn't meet or exceed it. The room was sizable, exceptionally designed, and well appointed. There is a split bathroom, with one room being a toilet and sink, with a separately accessed room with a tub, shower, and two more sinks.m This design was definitely different but I can see it being really functional for those sharing a room. The bed was very comfortable and there was a couch as a sitting area by the window that was useful for watching the city below. The desk area was sizable and functional as well. This is a new property, having been open only a few months, but the room was so clean that it seemed like I was the first to ever use it. The pool was amazing, with all other facilties being well designed from hot tub, to sauna, steam room, and more. All in house dining was great. At dinner they'll make you feel you your're the only person in the restaurant, with staff catering to every detail. I'd recommend the breakfast as well, which had an extensive selection or buffet and made to order western and Chinese options. The location was very close to Futian Station (high speed rail) if you're coming to/from Hong Kong or traveling further into mainland China. It's also very close to the convention center (same block). Shenxhen isn''t one of those cities that yo just pop out and hap upon some finds in the neighborhood so you won't find that here as much as you won't find it near the other hotels that I've stayed at in the city. Any place specific that you need to get to is an easy taxi ride away though. There's no question that I'd stay here again if in Shenzhen.”
