“NEFASTO. no tengo palabras para expresar lo que viví en ese hotel. ME ROBARON en el LOBBY. No me dejaron ver las cámaras para ver quien había sido, me recomendaron NO llamar a la policía, no hacer la denuncia, todo un desastre. No se hizo cargo DE NADA el hotel. Una vergüenza total la atención de la gerenta de atención al cliente Lucero Crespo. Guarden ese nombre del diablo en persona. No colaboro en lo más MÍNIMO. Sus respuestas eran “a mi también me robaron cuando fui a tu país”. Ser del mal. Ni un poco empaticos con una persona que EN SU HOTEL le robaron el primer día todos los documentos incluyendo el pasaporte para poder regresar al país. Adicionalmente la atención es mala, la comida siempre la misma y muy pobre. Lo único que safa es la habitación que es amplia. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO”

Esta bien, para pasar 10 días en un solo hotel no está padre, tiene buen servicio, tiene limpieza, pero lo que no me gusto fue que un día seguía durmiendo cuando escuché que tocaron dos veces rápido, y empezaron a abrir la puerta para limpiar, no me dieron ni 10 segúndos parasiquiera pararme y ya estaban entrando a lahabitación pero de ahí en fuera está bonito los camastros.

Local bonito pena que economizam muito na qualidade dos produtos como pouca variedades de carnes, muito frango, bebidas baixa qualidade principalmente cerveja, e pior que sumiu do nosso quarto um par de brincos da minha esposa e não fizeram nada pra ajudar, aí usar a ducha a água escorre por todo quarto e disseram pra porpano pra conter

A estrutura do resort é boa. A piscina principal comporta bastante pessoas. A praia em frente ao hotel é pequena e próxima a um atracadouro de embarcações, o que limita o acesso ao mar. O parque aquático está bem conservado, assim como o campo de futebol e o mini Golf. Apesar do potencial de ser um local bastante agradável para passar as férias, está localizado longe do centro da cidade e da zona hoteleira (ótimo para fugir da agitação, mas ficamos reféns de preço exorbitante de táxi) e sem opção de comércio ou restaurantes nas proximidades. O quarto, apesar de espaçoso, não tinha frigobar e a banheira vazava água para o quarto. Quanto ao restaurante, o espaço é pequeno e o buffet pouco diversificado. O atendimento de determinados garçons é muito ruim. Além disso, ficamos bastante inseguros devido o sumiço, no segundo dia da estadia, de objeto pessoal do qual não tivemos nenhum respaldo. O hotel não conta com câmeras de segurança e percebi a desorganização quanto ao acesso ao quarto que ocupamos pois, não nos informaram nada a respeito do sumiço dos objetos.

I originally would have rated this resort as good, but lowered due to contracting COVID and how they handled it. we went in having low expectations due to the reviews, with hopes for the best. There are pros and cons, if you want a place that is modern, fancy and great food, this is not the place for you. The resort itself is old but I found it to be cute, kind of “rustic” and authentic. It appeared to be clean. Food was hit or miss, I’m not picky at all but there was food that I just could not even swallow.. with that said, my son is super picky and there was always something he liked. Staff was very friendly. My kids loved the evening shows and some of the activities put on by the kids club, we also enjoyed the pool, beach and activity room with a pool table, air hockey, etc. The rooms had well working AC, cleaners did a good job, pipe under sink was leaking the entire time even after telling the front desk, water for shower would go from perfect to cold to extremely hot within a few seconds.. This place lost some of my respect after we left… coming back into Canada, my son was chosen for a random PCR test which came back positive (on Jan 7 2022), I politely informed the resort so they could inform the other guests and staff, they immediately got defensive, claiming that they are not liable for us getting covid (which is not what I was trying to say). I replied saying that I was not blaming them, just informing .. they responded saying they know, and they are currently 3/4 staff due to quarantine… well, why weren’t the guests notified that their staff have come down with covid !

Estaria tudo ótimo... porém no nosso último dia nos roubaram 400 dólares do cofre. Funcionários sabem o dia que saímos e aproveitam para roubar. Gerentes não nos dão nenhum suporte. Chamamos a polícia e eles disseram que sempre tem roubo nesse hotel.. fiquem espertos.

Esta bien si vas con niños, pues lo que lo salva es su parque acuático, es un hotel con sus años, dividido por una avenida así que es probable que te toque del lado del parque acuático con una piscina o del lado de las piscinas más "grandes", restaurante, bar, recepcion y playa. La comida del restaurantees la misma todos los días, así como las botanas del parque acuatico. No cambian, es comida típica no hay tantos mariscos mejor dicho solo ponen vuelve a la vida (así en mi estancia de 6 dias) pero la palaya bonita, con camastros, arena blanca y fina, limpia En nuestra habitación del otro lado de la calle no servía el aire acondicionado, era pequeña y parecía horno...por fin, después de vueltas y vueltas del botones, de que viniera el técnico y no arreglaran nada; a la media noche nos cambiaron a el piso de arriba y nos dieron un pequeño departamento sin costo extra, tenía sala (con dos sofa-cama), comedor, cocineta equipada, zotehuela con lavadero, baño completo, una habitación con dos camas (matrimonial/individual) closet y pantalla, balcón con vista a la piscinapero también con grandes ventanales por la parte de atrás para ver la puesta del sol y si...un buen aire acondicionado! Bueno para pasar una estancia agradable.

There is a lot to say about this place. The Good & Bad: For us this was a nice place to take a family with two kids (ages 6 & 13). The water park is nice and the slides are great. The water park is across the street from the Hotel and is a five minute walk from the main lobby. There is an underpass which is nice so you don’t have to cross a road. The staff is absolutely fantastic!! It is extremely affordable relative to other places. This is not your 5 star resort in Aruba or a Ritz Carlton, you need to know that going in. I see a bunch of one star reviews which make me question what those people’s expectations were. But I found a great amount of value for our money. Managing this part of your expectation isn’t important, it’s paramount. With that said sometimes mealtime can be a bit challenging. The bartenders were great and the waitstaff amazingly friendly. They were great with masks and required it when at the buffett. The Front Desk checked us in quickly and were very professional. I liked the fact that this was not in the Hotel Zone. It’s a 10 minute walk to “Town” or some of the smaller stores and a 12 minute cab ride into the real commercial part of Cancun. Cabs were extremely easy to find. It’s a 20 - 30 minute drive to and from the airport. Now it’s a small hotel with about 115 rooms, which I like because it offers a quaint feel but the drawbacks are limited options with food and sometimes long lines at the buffet. All of the rooms over the water and the sunrises are absolutely magnificent. The beach area is small (really narrow) and so is the pool is compared to other hotels we stayed at in the Cancun area. Overall we had a wonderful time, and it was a nice getaway.

The Good and the Bad... The service provided by the resort was great! The following staff went above and beyond to make out stay memorable: Andres (Activities) Jose Luis (Manager) Joel (Cook) Seline (Waitress) Freddy (Vendor) The concierge was helpful as well. The resort itself was a bit outdated. The food was hit or miss. I wish they would post the activities of the day. We never knew what was going on. The hardworking staff were by far the best part of the entire resort!

Me encantó el servicio que tiene, playa, parque acuático etc. Muy recomendable si viajas con niños, la pasaras súper bien. El único detalle que ví, es que no tienen rampas (muy pocas), ni elevador, y esto se hace un poco molesto, sobre todo por las maletas, por eso no le doy 5.

Staff is great. Beach is beatiful white sand, but swimming area is very small. This place is right on the water, which was very nice. Food quality was not very good, but I have had worst. Also, there was only one or two places to eat there, the others were closed. We didn't use the waterpark, it wasn't even open the first day of our stay, but it looked nice. The building appears to be quite old and could use a little TLC. The weather was perfect.

NO VENGAN por favor. Al llegar nos ofrecieron habitación con vista al mar por 500 pesos extras por noche. Aceptamos, llegamos al cuarto es de 2 sesiones el baño está en la parte de abajo por si hay urgencia en ir no llegas . Estaba sucio lleno de vello púbico.Pedimos cambio nos ofrecieron la habitación de enseguida igual de sucia. La noche cuesta 4,300 están pésimas las instalaciones no les dan mantenimiento se están destruyendo solas. Todo oxidado irle mal, solo tiene una sábana y el colchón directo, te dan 3 almohadas muy duras colchón duro. Cortinas sucias. Pésimo lugar para vacacionar. Lo único bueno es el restaurante que está enseguida el cual no te incluyen tienen que pagar.Pedimo lugra esta horrible nada que ver con las fotos que muestran . Se tomaron hace 50 años porque las instalaciones no se ven así. No pierdan su dinero v NO VENGANse van a arrepentir como yo. Horrible experiencia

El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento, habitaciones viejas; tuvimos problemas con la regadera, salía poca agua helada o hirviendo, al final nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque era imposible bañar así a los bebés. El agua en las albercas helada, cero recomendable para niños pequeños. Comida regular. La mayoría del personal, muy amable, fue la parte buena del hotel. Tuvimos un problema fuerte con otros huéspedes que estaban súper alcoholizados, los cuales nos agredieron a mi familia y a mi (dos mujeres y dos bebés) el gerente no hizo nada por apoyarnos, tuvimos que retirarnos nosotros del área de la alberca por nuestra seguridad ya que el hotel no hizo nada, a pesar de que ya les habían llamado la atención varías veces por su comportamiento y ser un hotel familiar no nos apoyaron. Nunca voy a regresar aquí, pésima respuesta del gerente en turno, solo me respondió que si nos volvían a agredir llamarían a la policía. Es lo último que uno espera en unas vacaciones familiares

The food is below average to say the least. There’s nothing really for kids for breakfast not even cereal (cheerios, fruit loops, nothing). Butter for bread was missing, my son had dry bun for breakfast every morning. Rooms just like food: below average, safety deposit box busted, coffee maker didn’t work, you have to pay for wifi (!!!) but….on the positive: staff is extremely friendly, helpful (to the extend they’re able given the resources they’re provided with) and the place very laid back. This was our second time at this hotel, chose it because of the great waterpark, but probably last one due to lack of food choices and quality. I can’t have my kid cry over having nothing to eat for breakfast.

Un lugar colonial, el servicio es muy bueno, tienen instalaciones buenas pero muy antiguas, la tina del baño tenía el piso super resbaloso, mi esposo sufrio una caída, las almohadas están super duras y son pequeñas tenia un sofá cama muy deteriorado, diario limpiaban la habitación, el aire del.cuarto en buen estado, las puertas aún son de llave, en el área del alberca el agua estaba heladaaaa 🥶, pero el mar super tibio, la playa siempre limpia, y el servicio de comida es bueno, hay un área que se llama el pueblo y la verdad no tiene nada sorprendente los shows son medianos, el hotel está hasta Puerto Juarez y lo ideal es que ya tengas un transporte contratado para que te evitar s complicaciones, en el bar me atendió Guadalupe y Juan excelente servicio, y en la comida Selene, excelente servicio. Tiene buen precio relación calidad.

Sheets and pillows super stained. Hotel needs mayor remodeling 1/10. Park amenities pretty cool 8/10. Room view beachfront /beach access amazing!

This resort is a great value. A hidden treasure. The building is a bit older but kept in good repair. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The water pressure is fantastic and hot. The food here isn't super fancy but very tasty. They have a large Salad bar and assortment of Mexican hot foods as well as burgers and hotdogs for fussy children. They do themed food on different days. One day they had an Italian dinner which was really well done. Pasta and soup were spot on. They really tried to make a full course Italian meal. Their fish and chicken are the best but I also had excellent beef fajitas. Breakfast is good with a made on the spot omelette or buffet scrambled eggs beans and many others. They had pancakes one day and french toast the next. Even the coffee had a nice flavor. I saw some people complain in Google reviews that they only have nachos and hotdogs and it's just not true. If you like Mexican style food you will like it here. Yes they do have nachos at lunch if you want. I tried it with cheese and beef and jalapenos it was quite tasty. All their food is hot and veggies are extremely fresh. I should also mention the staff here is wonderful. They are always smiling and asking how you are. They really try hard to make your experience comfortable.

If you're in a budget this may be your place. It's very outdated, no elevator, lots of stairs, the shower the water would turn on and off. But friendly staff, buffet food was good, bar service was good, until 11pm😑, activities all day for you and the family.

It doesn't need to give 1 star. Due to their request, I made two payments, but never got a refund. Even though they gave to me the evidence of double payment, they didn't refund until now. They are just mentioning process. First payment: when I reserved room at on-line. Second payment: when I check-in at the hotel, they request to pay again by credit card. And they gave evidence for refund.

Este hotel me dejó mucho que desear. Muy mala publicidad, acudí al hotel del 17 al 19 de septiembre con mi familia por un total de 5 habitaciones, quedé decepcionada por todo, el primer día 17 resulta que el salón de especialidades se lleno y no logramos reservar, ese mismo día me indicaron que harían show a las 8 en el teatro y nada, el día 18 según era parrillada a partir de las 6 pm acudimos al lugar indicado y no hubo, en el area de toboganes el dia 19 empezaron a funcionar a las 11:30 am cuando el horario indica a las 10 am y lo mismo pasó con el bar del parque, lacomida fue la misma los 3 días, yo estaba emocionada ya que siempre publican camarones, pulpo y no hubo nada de eso.Muy decepcionada del hotel.

Con fecha 06/10/2021, ya siendo huespedes en el hotel con mi familia, SUFRIMOS UN ROBO DESCARADO, por parte de la gente del hotel, en el cual fue lo mas descarado y creemos que con toda la intencion, ya que fue el penultimo dia de estadia en el hotel, nunca hubo una descompostura de chapa y sabian por donde introducirse a la habitacion y lo que hacen que ingresasn a escurcar todos los cajone y bolsas que estan en el interior y se llevan unica y exclusivamente dinero en efectivo y cuando SE REPORTO EL ROBO lo que hacen es que se hacen los desentendidos y al siguiente dia como ya saben que nos retiramos LO UNICO QUE INDICAN ES QUE EL REPORTE SE DA RESPUESTA 24 HRS DESPUES. ES UN ROBO YA MUY BIEN PLANEADO Y TOTALMENTE DESCARADO

El lugar está un poco alejado del centro y de la zona turística pero el hotel esta muy bonito, la playa es muy bonita y tranquila. El personal es muy atento y nuestro anfitrión es lo mejor, siempre atento y muy amable, su nombre es Frank y pueden contactarlo en Airbnb.

Buen lugar para hospedarse, con instalaciones amplias, playa, centro recreativo acuático con toboganes y área para niños, sin embargo el buffet no es muy variado, casi todos los días el mismo menú, en el restaurante de especialidades solo manejan dos platillos por día y el servicio se termina maximo a las 10 pm así como el servicio de bar.

I don’t like the hotel at all .it is far away from the hotel zone and the no transportation only taxis in morning. My frist room was no good the smell , furniture and the AC not working. I have to pay extra to have better room but still no good. The food is horrible and nasty all five days same recooked food retried food and the jelly has mold on top. I have to eat out side . I make a complaint to hotel manager but no body care .No entertainment nothing to do at night. The water park is rust and no clean. If you care about your money and health stay away from this hotel .

Beware of what type of All-Inclusive package you have purchased. We purchased All inclusive package from Expedia where it did not state anything. While arriving at the hotel, they gave us one day all inclusive and next day the manager came to take the wrist band off calling it the one we have paid is E. All-inclusive in which you will get only breakfast, no free drinks, and food. It was one of the worst experience we ever had at this place. They will make you full and ask to pay extra every time for everything. One of their front desk staff even ask 15 pesos for water bottle. These guys will make you fool calling E. All-Inclusive. Hotel by itself is very in poor condition. You will see maintenance worker doing work in most part of the hotel. Hotel is big but very old. We purchased because of water park but it is not worth of money.

Very unsanitary. Fist thing once you go inside front desk it really hot no ac at all I had my 4 kids they where all uncomfortable just waiting for us to get a room, once we check in they give you a normal metal key whit a string for your room not a card . We get to the room same thing was really hot they did have ac but wasn’t working at all try to call front desk but phone wasn’t working I called using my cell phone front desk said they were gonna send someone to go fix it No one showed up by this time we’re all tired hungry and wanna take a shower and eat. Went to go take a shower bathroom was dirty no curtains in shower water was coming out all the way to the kitchen we went to go eat some food and mostly of the food was cold and it was disgusting not good at all Kids wanted to get in pool when we get there pool was very dirty looked liked haven’t been cleaned for days. Went back to room still very hot beds are very solid/hard like if you where sleeping on the floor next day we check out and went somewhere else

O parque aquático precisa de reforma, outro ponto ruim foi o atendimento que no México costuma ser bom e lá estava muito ruim. Comida fraca também, poucos dias foram satisfatória. O único ponto forte é a piscina, bastante agradável.

From the moment of check in the problems began. We paid for all inclusive but at check in they tried to make us pay additional fees that they did not disclose. We did eat the dinner buffet after I paid additional for it , it was not worth it, the food was not tasty. beware of the staff member named Felipe he tried to make us pay him more in cash and made us feel very uncomfortable. The room was pretty gross and even during COVID it was extremely dirty. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking right above the toilet so everytime someone would sit on the toilet it would leak on their head! GROSS We complained and we where informed someone would get back to us but they did not. On the first day of house keeping some of our belongings had been stolen. Small simple things you would never put in a safe. Small target earring, bath and body works lotion, Victoria secret body spray , sunglasses and even a new electric toothbrush still in the package.The kids play area was worst !!!!! I cannot believe they expect kids to play in such disgusting water. The pool in that area was not in service , the lawn chairs well you see the photo. And we did let them know the pictures all showed a great clean resort and that’s not what we got. The manager did inform me he would give me a refund for 3hours! I was baffled he tried to kick us out when he saw me taking pictures of the area and even tried to snatch thephone away from my hand. Beware of staying here !!! Save your money and a headache.

When we arrived no one helped with our luggage, until after we checked in. The ramp for the luggage at the front door is kinda steep. There's no elevator, like 5 stories. It's not a typical key card for your room, it a metal key with a rope to go around your neck. The couch has stains on it, the water stinks. This hotel is not on the main hotel strip, so if there's not enough entertainment at the hotel you have to get a taxi. Also everything at the resort is falling apart. Tiles in the main lobby, look like they are about to fall, the outside eating area, they have tarps connecting to the overhead beams, the beams are rusting, it rained the night before, we had rusty water dripping in our drinks and food from the rusty beams. The water park, is falling apart, rusting, no one is monitoring the slides, so your kids can go down the slides head first, or 3,4,5,6 at a time. The floor of the slide area is rough, the over aggressive bucket water knocked over my 4 year old and gave him a bloody knee, so he wanted to leave, after an hour at the slides, my 10 year old was bored and wanted to leave. So much for letting the kids play while we relax. We get back to the room, and the concrete legs for the deck railing is cracking, with rust trails, down it. There's a sign don't lean on or against the railing. The plastic chairs are dry rotted from the sun, the legs broke when my wife sat in it. Went to the hotel pool, the deck is painted black, the boards are pulling up or feel like they will break, and multiple nails sticking up. The only thing we really enjoyed was the night show acrossed the street.. We will never stay here again.

As fotos enganam. Hotel velho, cheio de infiltrações, sem elevador , banheiros sujos com cortinas com marcas de vômito. A comida é péssima e se repete no almoço e no jantar. Pague um pouco mais e tenha um serviço muito melhor na zona hoteleira.

I would give this place a star had originally booked for 7 nights. Only stayed 1 night and we went else where. Don't be deceived it's all a scam. Pictures are old and not like it seems. Water on the floor because of severe condensation with black and green mold on the bottom of counters and the bathrooms. Rust on head rest and all metals thru out the rooms and kitchen area. This are the pictures they don't show you.

I am giving 4 starts because the staff in this hotel was amazing, honestly so friendly made our stay so much better. Anyone with a great attitude can make your day great and the staff here did just that. The food was not the best it seems like they cook it either a day before or too early and serve it when it’s old. Did not enjoy the food or dessert.

Comida ruim. Não tem segurança,chave de um apartamento abria outro. A localização do hotel é muito longe da cidade. A praia não é boaporque é ancoradourode barcos. O quarto é espaçoso e os serviços de limpeza também é bom. Os funcionários também atendem muito bem.

Was there for eight days in May and loved this place. There was a good variety of tasty food, wonderful drinks and fantastic service. The staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Yes, the hotel needs to be updated but then it would cost more and lose its Latin flavor. It would be nice to have elevators because I’m 73 with bad knees but I got around fine while there, the staff was very attentive to my needs. The seaweed on the beach is a problem but it comes from Brazil and covers a very large area of the ocean, but it is nothing that is caused by the hotel. The staff is out there every morning raking it up, doing everything they can to help the situation. This is the only hotel I saw around there that actually looks like a Mexican hotel. The rest of the hotels look like big concrete boxes on the outside, in no way resembling Mexican culture. I immensely enjoyed my stay here and already have reservations for another week in October.

Amazing service. The staff are super attentive and so helpful. Loved their food. Had a mixture of everything on the buffet. Kids really enjoyed their meals and they are super picky eaters. Will definitely be coming back.

Staff and bar tenders were amazing! Food wasn’t the greatest. However if you are looking for a quite resort with a private beach this is the place ! If your looking for more of a party resort I would recommend going closer to the hotel strip where all the big clubs are located. I definitely enjoyed my stay here though and made some great friends!
