They greet you with flowers and champagne as you exit your vehicle. The rooms are gorgeous! The food superb! I enjoyed my stay. It was in the midst of several other hotels (I prefer more isolation). A very nice open air mall was in walking distance.

We went on a family vacation and it was awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful , the food is excellent, the drinks are great, the beach is soft white sand, the ocean view is beautiful the sea is blue and you can swim easily,the hotel is in the right place not to far and no to close to the night life, the pool is big enough. It’s just the right place to have fun and relax!

We are staying at Grand moon palace all inclusive. We visited beach palace because it has a better ocean front and you can swim there. We started with lunch at the buffet place. The food was good and tasty. They made custom food for us which was a plus. After a nice lunch, We had a great time doing a photo shoot and then relaxing on the beach. Kids had great time swimming in the ocean. At the sunset we went to the rooftop bar and swimming pool. The view was spectacular from this place. Really had a great time.

This was my family’s first trip to another country. We had a great time. Friendly staff and great service. The problem is, upon checking out, we had to pay for all of our non-inclusive stuff. Mostly excursions in the amount of about $1500. They first charged the wrong amount, so instead of running my card again for the difference, they ran it for the full amount again. It’s been 8 months and I can’t get these guys on the phone. Definitely frustrating. If it wasn’t for being charged double, this resort is definitely worth at least four stars or better.

Wonderful Hotel and the staff are very kind and hospitable. Don't forget to workout with Luis during your stay here he is amazing! This hotel offers entertainment staff for all kinds of activities or you can hangout in the pools or lounge on the beach. I personally got a few massages on the beach so relaxing ⛱. I definitely will be back!

I loved this resort! The location is perfect between a large shopping mall and clubs in both directions. The food was DELICIOUS and the beach and pool area were unbelievable. And views, views, views! Plus, it really is all-inclusive. The staff was absolutely unreal. They were ridiculously kind and wanted to make the experience perfect! We loved Mauricio and Ramon at the bars and Francisco at the restaurant was such a nice guy! But...so was everyone!! The staff is out of this world. Thank you for the amazing experience! We will definitely be back!

It was our first time in Cancun and stayed at all inclusive hotel, Beach Palace. The pros: The view from our lagoon facing room was great, could see for miles and could also see some of the beach side. The a/c chilled the room with no problems. The restaurants inside the hotel had pretty good food overall. Spacious swimming pools with swim up bars. The cons: Seaweed was covering the entire beach and was thick in the water for about 100 yards out, which made the beach mostly unusable. The cocktails were noticeably watered down, so more are needed than should be to get your buzz on. Restocking of our room fridge and mini bar seemed to be hit or miss. Had to call and request it to be restocked more than we should have. Excursions are expensive. Beds are small, so no stretching out...be prepared to snuggle with your partner, whether you want to or not. Overall we liked the stay, didn't love it.

I am giving this resort 3 stars because the staff is so kind, but the resort itself wasn’t for us and they transferred us to another Palace Property (which we appreciated). This resort is very small and compact and it can’t handle the demands of all the kids running around when it’s at or near capacity. The pool is incredibly small and is very cramped since they are always doing some kind of activity right in the middle of it taking up valuable space. Teens are allowed to run around the hallways at all hours. If you’re on a budget and have children, this one is a good fit. If you are traveling as a couple, a family with young adults/mature teens, or an adult group, this Palace location absolutely ISN’T for you! Try the Grand at Moon Palace! It’s worth the additional cost!

I'd give it a 4.999 out of 5. There were only a couple a tiny areas that could be improved but nothing that would spoil the holiday or deter you from returning. Lovely hotel, very clean, courteous staff, really is all inclusive, we occasionally kept asking as we didn't think some things would be included, but they were which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The resort credit issue is not as good as it seems: you get $300 to spend in the spa and only have to pay 16% tax rather than the price stated, however a manicure, for example, costs around $180, meaning you'd pay $28.80, which is approximately what it'd cost anyway (and for the Europeans amongst us, don't forget that they expect a tip everywhere). They also try to get you to attend a sales pitch for their diamond membership. (THIS WAS JUNE 2019)

Before I get into the nit picky part of this review, I would like to say this was a great hotel, had great food. Dinner time had the best food. Lunch buffet was okay. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were all friendly. This hotel can be a top tier hotel in Cancun if they fix the following below. 1.) faster elevators, took forever to call one during all rush hours 2.) you didn’t have to hold on to the flush button in your room, it got pretty annoying 3.) higher sinks because we all had to bend our backs every morning to brush our teeth / wash our face etc. Besides that, I recommend this hotel. Super nice and the views are amazing.

This place truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impeccable and the staff was so kind and truly made you feel like royalty! From checkin to checkout every detail was handled with perfection. I have never been so impressed as I was with this place. My hat goes off to all those who work here. Thank you so much for such a pleasant vacation!

We booked 5 nights with Beach palace. We stayed in the room with the ocean view, it was beautiful and definitely worth a little extra! Overall the Beach Palace is very clean and organized. No problems with check ins or outs, or setting up excursions. The staff are very sweet and attentive, they remembered our name. The restaurants they had to offer were delicious. My main disappointment was the room service food, it was no bueno. There were some nights where they play music outside too loud and too late but thankfully it wasn't every night. I would definitely stay here again though and would recommend to family/friends!
