Todo muy limpio, la atención al cliente un poco pobre, en mi caso pedí extra acondicionadores y alguien de recepción en vez de decirme que me lo mandaba a mi habitación me mando a comprar, eso no se hace con los clientes y más cuando uno pago por eso, vi que casi atropellan a un niño porque manejan muy rápido los pequeños carros que están entre medio de los edificios para ir llevando a las personas a su destino, tienen que tener más cuidado con lo que es la atención al cliente.

The resort itself is clean and kept up well. The entire staff spend their time trying to get your money, but that's too be expected at any Carribian resort vacation. We had a decent trip until the end when our travel company, Delta Vacations, dropped the ball on our travel to the airport and the resort did ABSOLUTELY nothing to help us out. Wouldn't let us use the phone, wouldn't give us transportation to the airport and basically threw us out. We were able to get a taxi that we had to pay for, after already paying for our travels. Like any vacation to a third world country,you travel at your own risk. I'd recommend looking around at another resort if you plan on visiting.

It was okay. Food was okay-could be better. You can tell the food is mass-produced. Expected a little bit better quality especially in the specialty places. my biggest frustration was the drinks. We had the all inclusive package and the drinks were so water down there was no chance of getting a nice warm and fuzzy feeling from the drinks. The room was nice but everything kind of had a musty smell. Overall it was a good experience but I don’t know if I would go back there again. I felt like people were always in our face trying to sell us things Which was definitely a turn off. Next time we may look for a different place to stay.

This is a review for the casino only: please please please go online and look at the scam that is “progressive roulette”.Yyou are given house money to start, and they immediately get you thinking you are close to a major jackpot. Be sure to actually count the numbers the roulettes balls land on. HUGE SCAM!!Should be completely shamed of themselves for ripping off tourists that are looking to have a great time on vacation!Ocean hotels should shut them down and move them off the resort. Has completely changed our mind about coming back here again unfortunately

Be aware of the scam! They make you attend a "special" welcome breakfast and it is a presentation to sell you their vacation club. An absolute scam as their sales people will lie to your face about what it is and then sneakily avoid some of the contract language. Besides that, the resort is also getting older and you aren't treated well if you don't pay for the privilege upgrade. The beach is basically non-existent because of the rising waters and there is constantly people trying to sell you stuff while you try to relax. The food is okay, very limited. The drinks were fine, but a few of the enthusiastic bartenders were entertaining and fun. The gym, casino, and bowling alley are all really bad quality and just a way to entice customers when people read about it on their website. If you book through a third party website, there is also a hidden transportation cost as they won't pick you up from the airport and you'll have to book with their vendor or taxi which can be north of $100 each way. Very few Americans at this resort. Mainly people from South America and Europe. Don't stay here. Pay a few extra hundred dollars to go stay at a nicer resort where they don't try to scam you and constant try to sell you other things.

Solo tengo buenas palabras para el personal del hotel . Si que es cierto que los de la recepción no fueron agradables pero el resto una maravilla. Los camareros de los restaurantes majísimos siempre atentos. La animación es lo mejor del hotel, Pokémon , cherry , polín, Mini Cooper . Gente de 10. Si merece la pena el resortes por ellos, son los que ponen alegría y diversión en todo lo que hacen. Gracias a Pokémon pude conocer mucho más de República Dominicana , sobre su gastronomía, cultura, lugares … es un placer “compartir” (como dicen allá ) con él . Al final en una semana no pude conocer todo lo que quisiera pero me interesé en preguntarle y siempre ha estado dispuesto a contarme cosas muy interesantes sobre rd . Volveré con muuuuuuchas ganas 😍💕El resort bien, comida bien , variada , la playa es pequeña pero también bien . Al final estás de vacaciones y de buen rollo , no suelo quejarme con facilidad y por tonterías . Por lo que nada que reseñar en negativo ! Una recomendación : coged las excursiones en la playa o preguntarles al personal del hotel que os aconsejen, al final como en todos lados mucha gente se aprovecha del turismo y ponen precios desorbitados.

We bought privilege package. No serving drinks. Bars have a lineup. No sitting at the bar. In buffet you have to wear a glove and a mask. Fridge in room poorly stack.one kind of beer. Can not get diet pop. Only sugar drinks. Peanuts in the bar first day only. TV is not working in entire resort. Internet is very slow that even the restaurant menu won't load up.Steak house opened only one day per week. Frustrating. We will never go back here. Disappointed in H10 resorts.

It hurts to say this, but this was my last time going to Ocean Blue. Some years ago the service and food quality were a little better than this time, so I won't complaint about that part...What really dissapointed me most, was the water quality on pools. It was greenish and murky, and the next day,the swimming clothes were left smelling like if I was swimming in a swamp, despite they were dry already!at the beginning I thought I was remembering incorrectly, but as soon as I arrived home, I looked my photos from back to 2018, and it was a clear difference from how the water was back then vs the disgusting experience me and my family had this time.(please see attached photos, I think you will notice what I'm trying to explain).And is extra sad, because the previous times I went only with my wife. This time, I took my parents and some other relatives... And from the very first day of a near-to-a-week vacations, we all went disappointed.H10 Hotels, Ocean Blue... I hope some day you could return to be as good as I remember you were. Until that day comes... You are now out of my options.

Hace poco más de un mes fui, y me quedé con ganas de compartir mi experiencia. En comparación con otros hoteles todo incluido este es mucho mejor a lo que se muestra en fotos, es grande y espacioso.Lo bueno, buena atención al recibirnos, la espera para el check-in es un poco larga pero vale la pena, va mucha gente extranjera y te aseguro que la pasarás bien, un carrito de golf llevará tu equipaje, y un carro extra te llevará a ti hasta tu habitación. La limpieza en la habitación es buena, reemplazan todo y puedes escoger si deseas o no el servicio, te reponen las toallas y los objetos que necesites. La comida es muy variada, pero si quieres encontrar lo mejor debes ir temprano a las horas de comida. La piscina es amplia y hay muchos servicios aparte, a nosotros en particular nos gustó los aeróbicos en la piscina. La playa también nos gustó, aunque no fue del todo limpia por la temporada, pero está genial.Lo malo, Nosotros parecíamos menores de edad y en cada bar que íbamos nos parecía incómodo que nos pregunten por la edad al pedir bebidas, el hotel debería brindar unas correas de un color para los menores y mayores de edad. Por lo mismo que parecíamos menores de edad cada vez que íbamos al Lobby a tomar y disfrutar del show que se realiza ahí, las azafatas no nos atendían, y lo mismo se repetía en los restaurantes libres, fueron cosas que nos parecía muy molesto. El personal de bowling nos respondió de mala manera ya que fuimos un poco antes de que cierre este servicio. El restaurante de snacks no tenia mucha variedad solo hamburguesas, salchichas y nachos con quesoCreo que está bien un 4/5 ya que fue mucho mejor que otros hoteles todo incluido y más barato, nos encantó el hotel a pesar de ciertas cosas, y si las habitaciones podrían mejorarse un poco, pero uno no va a la zona caribeña a encerrarse en una habitación. Volveríamos a ir y descubrir cosas que no estaban abiertas en nuestra estancia.

We are currentlystaying on this propertyand cannot seem to get a dinner reservation. Resort wants you to sit through a sales pitch andif you do not do this it appears that you will not get a chance to try the ONE restaurantthat REQUIRES reservations.Another disappointmentis there is a Kurig coffee maker in the room but they do not supply coffee for it.For an all inclusiveresort this one'snot feeling very welcoming.Hoping to see improvement as our stay movesforward. I don't like to be negative about vacations but at this point I could make a long list of reasons to not selectthis resort.

This is not a 5 star more like a three star we spent 10 days here won't be back service is very poor never knew which restaurants were open pools are nice , room was clean but problems with the sinks draining. Beach is very small but entertainment crew were very good. Buffet food was good but again service was poor even when you tipped.Restaurants mist times 2 out of 6 open couldn't book or make reservations but yet some people did we were told first come first serve. What a joke Italian restaurant food under cooked and very poor service . Different service and rules for the locals when they come in on the weekend. Hotel owners and management need to good back to creating an environment of friendly 5 star service cause we won't be back as I said felt like a two or three star at best 😤👎

Sabor agridulce. Por un lado daría10 al personal de restauración,conserjería,servicio de habitaciones, camareros de piso.Un 0 para el personal de recepción y atenciónal cliente. Las instalaciones,están bien,hay una amplia variedad de restaurantes, bares y una fantástica cafetería.Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación urgente del mobiliario (muebles y accesorios en mal estado) y hay bastante "dejadez" en el mantenimiento.

El protocolo de Covid deja mucho que desear. No había mascarillas en los restaurantes ni en recepción. Los de servicio siempre tenían la frase "no le sabría decir" en vez de un "déjeme investigarle que no conozco esa información". Falta mucho servicio de calidad. El servicio de limpieza fue nulo. No reponían nada. No teníamos ni blower, ni plancha. La comida es variada y buena pero no excelente. El servicio de transporte dentro del hotel es muy bueno, amables. Es un hotel bueno tienen mucha amabilidad pero les falta el dar verdadera atención al cliente. Disposición de ayudar. Y si van a pedir mascarilla para entrar a cualquier lugar que haya disponibles dentro del hotel.

A Única coisa estranha é que os atendentes da recepção ligaram no quarto 3 horas da manhã para confirmar um passeio, acho que esse horário não é apropriado para isso...

Entertainment and fun activities every day. Japanese restaurant Sensei is recommended. Excellent swimming pool and bars.On the negative side: -Unfortunately the sea water is full of floating sea plants and moss impossible to get rid of. -On the beach and around restaurants it constantly smells like sewage which makes the air unpleasant to breathe. -Although they offer 8 restaurants in their package, only 2 or 3 of them are open each day. -Some staff are really annoying by trying to have a meeting with you every day for solicitation, presentation of products to get you to spend extra money there, so they can get a commission.On the whole for a package of 800$ it was a nice trip which I would recommend.

Resort is nice, but rooms were not clean and the service and employees were terrible. We did not feel welcomed and no one spoke English. Breakfast feel like they always running out of food and tables are not clean, very few restaurants were open (2 out of 6) and the ones who were opened had us wait 30 minutes even though we had a reservation, and on top of that the waitress was rude and the restaurant was not clean. Every time we had to request something for any service, whether that’s a towel, drink or anything else, the staff was not welcoming and completely ignored us. Also, they forcing you to go to a breakfast with a sales rep to sell you packages and the sales rep (which is also the room concierge) actually said to us: “you’ll take care of me and I’ll take care of you” in a cheesy way.

Pretty good experience overall, but i would not repeat the vacation at the same resort. The water is always warm, the sun, palm trees and sand are all beautiful. Most important negative is the beach which is naturally full of algae, despite the barriers and their efforts, we were still going into the water in front of the other resorts, to the left or right, because of the algae and the barriers for the algae which were like large obstacles in the way. In the promotion pictures this is not as advertised. The room was pretty nice, but everything was barely working. The A/C worked good, but had a bad smell, the door locks, had functioning difficulties, clunky and noisy, woke us up to open a door, the jacuzzi was barely working, maybe 1 or 2 nozzles were strong enough to feel an effect, the rest were just puffed, but i was told this is normal functioning, twice. The personnel are trying their best to accommodate you, but will also try to cheat you out of your money, every chance they get. Also, some of them, sometimes they cross the line and are also, sometimes impolite, despite always smiling and their forced (over)friendliness. The food is good enough, but they are stingy with the good bits, which i liked (guacamole, nutella, some fruits, etc.) were available just theoretically, for about 5% of the guests, some things i never could find, or got just once, dining there twice a day, over more than ten days! It gets a bit frustrating trying to get the things they wave in front of you day after day after day, every day of your vacation, even asking for them is not working... leaves a bitter taste. Pizza, pasta, omelette and fish stands were very good almost all the time, so all good here. The second worst negative is the fact that in every weekend, the locals were allowed into the resort for the weekend. the atmosphere takes a turn for the worst, and that is to say the least.

Resort muito bonito e de tamanho mais pequeno que os restantes, o que torna o ambiente mais agradável, com menos pessoas e portanto menos confusão, no entanto existe muita desorganização no buffet, com muita demora na reposição de mesas limpas, bebidas entregues com muita demora, simpatia dos funcionários muito aquém do que estamos habituados neste país, qualidade e diversidade das comidas podia ser melhor, perto da hora de fim das refeições ou mesmo durante, não repoem a comida, as sobremesas são fracas, qualidade e apresentação da fruta é fraca, a limpeza dos pratos e talheres é muito má. Em relação aos espaços, as piscinas têm água muito turva, tem muitas espreguiçadeiras partidas e não substituiem, não há guarda-sóis para todas as pessoas, a lavagem dos copos de plástico no bar na piscina e deplorável!! Os espaços verdes são muito bonitos com constante manutenção. Os quartos são bons com boas camas e espaçosas embora a manutenção de alguns aspectos na casa de banho e porta da varanda seja mesmo só para desenrascar. Os espectáculos da noite são agradáveis, sendo o melhor deles todos o de tributo ao Michael Jackson. Lobby bonito e espaçoso. 5 restaurantes temáticos sem limite de utilização, sendo a entrada por ordem de chegada, convém chegar cedo. Tem salão de jogos com bolling e snooker.

Amazing. Self contained city with beuatiful grounds. Privilege Rooms brand new. Several restaurants with different sit down food, but, buffet is so amazing with all the cycling variety that you may want to just eat there. Healthy juice bare and lots of veggies and lean fish and meats. Staff so warm and welcoming. 2 pools to lounge at: one quiet, one more party side. This was our 3rd time here and we had a great time just unplugging at the beach! Recommend it for anyone. Ocean had some storms that brought seaweed in this time that made it difficult to enjoy the beach as much as usual but they had cleaning crews out there all day working on it.

Resort was not ready to be open. Staff was rude. Did not have VIP Privilege Beach area staff with bartender, or butler. Everyone was in privilege Beach area. Blue moon was supposed to be open for VIP Privilege Breakfast it wasn't. The area they had for VIP Privilege in the Buffet restaurant wasn't staff with VIP Staff. They ran out of food in Italian restaurant, took forever to get food. They didn't clean our rooms a fees days til 4 n the evening. This was my worst experience at a H10 Resort. I'm so disappointed, and it was my Birthday week. I invited my family for the week, Ibragged about H10 So Much, and I was Embarrassed the entire week. Will Definitely Not Come Back To This Resort.

Muy lindo y acogedor hotel, con algunos detalles a mejorar, que quizás sean por el tema de la pandemia, pero que no se puede permitir un hotel de 5 estrellas. Cómo puntos a favor la atención es excelente, muy cordial de parte de todos sus empleados, siempre muy atentos. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, la piscina y la playa son lugares fantásticos. Cómo puntos a mejorar la gastronomía en los restaurantes, los cuales abren solo uno por noche, y en varios la comida llegaba fría y no estaba muy buena. La habitación que nos toco era cómoda, con aire y frigobar pero con los muebles en mal estado, era una de las habitaciones comunes no las que ofrecen a los socios privilege, pero sin embargo podrían mejorar eso. Salvo esos puntos la experiencia fue muy buena. Y como mencionan en otros comentarios, al llegar te ofrecen asociarte al hotel, la propuesta es buena para quien pueda irse todos los años de vacaciones.

Maravilhosa! Amei tudo! Principalmente a equipe, todos os colaboradores que eu mais lidei foram atenciosos, carinhosos, receptivos. São pessoas incríveis e merecedoras de nosso respeito. O resort é uma delícia, bem bonito, com as paredes coloridas, o lounge tem uma decoração impecável. A praia do resort é muito próxima aos quartos e é perfeita, cenário de filme! A psicina é gigantesca, bem limpa e tem bares disponíveis. Viemos na pandemia, e pode ser que por isso só esteja funcionando um restaurante típico por noite. A comida é muito boa, tem de tudo! Tem música a noite no lounge, boliche, café aberto o dia todo... E o melhor sorvete do mundo! Quero voltar mil vezes!!!! Saudades de todos e tudo aqui!

Exelente servicio, opte por el servicio priviliege que da acceso total al las instalaciones del hotel, incluyendo servicios exclusivos que solola opción priviliege entrega, ( tener un lugar de descanzo exclusivo en la playa, prioridad en reservaciones y servicios tipo acercamiento dentro del mismo hotel por carritos de golf a toda hora ya que el hotel es grande) Es un lugar perfecto para ir con niños, y tener un tiempo en familia y exelentes recuerdos. Wifi gratis en todas las inmediaciones del hotel con buena velocidad, ( tiene una cobertura fenomenal, tenía wifi nadando en la playa lejos del hotel, para hacer videollamadas ) Tiene una gran cantidad de bares personalizados para cubrir todas las inmediaciones con bebestibles , y una gran cantidad de restaurantes a la carta que funcionan bajo reservación.Todo lo mencionado esta dentro del precio de la estadía en el hotel ya que es todo incluído. 100% recomendado

Overall 2.5 stars. Some staff members are exceptional head bartender Alexander is amazing 10 stars. The reception manager Diane no stars. The Director of Entertainment should be fired; the entertainment crew are hard worker but not given the tools to succeed. The junior suite was decent. The food was nothing out of the norm for an all inclusive. Some waiters were great; keep the tips going and they go beyond to keep you smiling.

Excelente lugar!!! La calidez de la gente es increible, muy bien cuidados del Covid tambien. Lo recomiendo. Es enorme, como una ciudad, es mas parecido a un Country. Tiene un restaurant general, que es buffet y esta siempre abierto. Luego tiene varios tematicos: Sensei es Japones, Il Mascheratti es Italiano, El bodegon es de carnes estilo argentino, Route 66 es fast food, Margarita es Mexicano, Blue Moon es frances y solo para parejas. Por el Covid es solo con reservas a la mañana temprano y hay poca gente. La comida de primera calidad, el lugar extremadamente limpio. Los bares estan por todos lados. Hay una guarderia que cuida a los chicos con mucho cariño, las chicas son divinas! Las piletas son enormes y extremadamente limpias. La limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones es excelente.

Bonito lugar, y buena hygiene. Pero la comida estaba desagradable, el staff no tenia preparacion. Apartenos tomaron muchas horas para ofrecer un supuesto servicio mediocre.

This place is gorgeous. Good local food is plentiful. I didn't give it 5 stars only because they spent the first two days trying to hard sell me a vacation club. Feel like I lost 2 days of my vacation.

Poor customer service exept for this dude at the front desk Emmanuel he's was knowledgeable and very helpful and polite. The most annoying thing was the time share peeps they hassle you to go to a freaking 2 hours presentation that's if the person with you is not to pushy I may take longer and their supervisor get mad when you don't buy... At the buffet if you need any type of service look for staff members that are Haitian if it where not for them I would have shortened my stay there. overall not a place to spend more than a day there your money could be better spent elsewhere and if you go for the beach you will be sorry for sure

All in all it was a good experience. We were told our room was a junior suite, bit it looked like a standard room and not like the pictures. Food was good, our favorite was the Japanese place, French and Italian. The Route 66 (American) was inedible and most people left without eating anything

Ocean BLUE e Sand, Sem dúvidas tivemos a maior e melhor experiências de hamanidade, hotel lindo com tudo perfeito, comidas maravilhosas, café expendido (tendo em vista que amo café), pessoas excepcionais a senhorita que limpa os aposentos, o rapaz que corta a grama , os barmens da Beira da piscina, como os demais da entrada no Laubin....todos sem excessões estão de parabéns pela simpatia. Não posso deixar de fala dos animadores eles são demais com certeza o resorts não seria o mesmo sem a turma que deixava o nosso dia mais animado, super dançantes, com brincadeiras ginástica, etc... The resort is an excellent value. Overall I had a really good time at my stay. The good at times is hit or miss but you can usually find something. Occasionally the service is slow as well. But given what I paid I think it was a very good value. I do recommend paying for a Privilege room

Amazing place to go on holiday, the staff make you feel like family and include you in everything. From a hello in the morning from Cherry to salsa dancing in the evening from Pokemon, Mini me Mickie mouse and Polin. The whole family is involved, Love everything about this hotel and would happily come back here every year xxx

We had a fantastic time here. The food was amazing, especially the fresh fruits and vegetables, and the dinners were outstanding. The staff everywhere was super. The room was good (we did little more than sleep there), the pool was great but like most they get dirty by mid-late afternoon with debris. The beach was amazing, we wandered up and down and found some great spots nearby, including a braiding place which wife was very happy about.

Ótimo resort! Não dou 5 estrelas pelo fato de os quartos serem um pouco antigos e, ao menos no quarto que fiquei, o banheiro precisa de uns retoques na pintura, bem como pela praia localizada a frente do Resort possuir uns "sacos gigantes" de areia colocados para proteger a praia. Mas, a estrutura do resort é fantástica! Ótimas piscinas, atendimento perfeito. Colaboradores sempre solícitos, educados e sorridentes. Vale, e muito, a visita!

O resort tem uma estrutura muito boa, destacaria a piscina com seu bar molhado como um dos destaques do resort.Diversas opções de restaurantes para janta (São 7 tipos diferentes). Há uma variedade gigantesca de opções tanto para o café da manhã como o almoço. Certamente atenderá aos diversos paladares. Há algumas opções orgânicas e sem glúten. Ficaram devendo uma opção sem açúcar tanto nos sucos, sobremesas e bebidas.A praia tem algas na beira e também no mar. A água é refrescante e quentinha ao mesmo tempo.Os quartos são amplos, porém o que ficamos tinha um cheiro de umidade horrível, após o 3 dia deu uma melhorada. As roupas de cama também tinham cheiro de mal seco. Isso precisa melhorar.O atendimento do país como um todo tem muita oportunidade de melhoria. Os atendentes não fazem questão nenhuma em te atender. Com exceção do atendimento da Alejandra que sempre se mostrou atenciosa com todos.

Resort na molidade tudo incluído. Recomendo fortemente a estadia aqui, tem uma estrutura gigante e super completa, com muitas atrações, entretenimento, shows, esportes, bebidas e muita comilança sem limites. Contudo, tenho ressalvas: travesseiros com odor terrível, parceria apenas com a Pepsi, área com muitos mosquitos e o principal ponto negativo: atendimento peca em quase todas as oportunidades.

My sister and I loved this resort. Difficult to find lounge chairs on the beach. Not enough shade. A lil’ disappointed but Pool was great. One evening We went to get to a beach party. We danced had a wonderful time with the staff. The best (I think) was a man employee named “BLACK COFFEE he was the best! made me laugh. When I come back I hope he is still there. The restaurants were great. Food was great! Can’t wait to come back! Diane & Karen

Service was impeccable. Had a great time at the Piano Bar with our Bartender Marino. It was customer service at it’s best. Looking forward to returning next year. Well Done Ocean Blue, thanks for everything !

Recently we stayed at oceans blue and sand. This place is amazing, they treat you very well, rooms are always clean, it’s big. It small enough to walk everywhere no trolley required. The restaurants are plentiful and something for everyone. I love that there is a restaurant right at the beach and pool so you don’t have to walk all the way back to the front to eat. The entertainment is off the hook! Now... the entertainment staff... I’ve travelled to many resorts and this resort by far has the best animation staff. Pokémon, mini me, black coffee and I cannot forget Kelly!!!!!! Truly passionate about what they do and make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this resort.

Ocean Blue & Sand is the best resort I’ve ever been to. Pokemon specifically is a great asset to this company. He is charming, a gentleman, and A LOT of fun! He gets people involved and makes you feel special. He is also very funny. I laughed so much all because of him. Pokemon and his fellow entertainers have made my week here wonderful. What a JOKE of a resort! Two people from our group got E.Coli from THEIR ICE IN THEIR DRINKS! one person got parasites!!!! The service is absolutely terrible! You get harassed just trying to go eat...
