“No real complaints with the room. It was clean, spacious and appropriately maintained. The problem was with some other things. The hotel issued one room key which also is supposed to serve as your parking pass. However they stated that the RFi wasn't working and we would need to grab whatever ticket the machine spit out to be able to get in and out. I guess it's a good thing we only stayed one day, if any more than that, it could have been a super annoyance. Definitely not helpful for the patrons. Secondly we purchased a package for the room with the expectation of free breakfast. Alas, we discovered that it was not offered. I am assuming there is a breakdown of communication between hotel and travel company. Overall, satisfactory stay but mostly ordinary and nothing special.”

“I was really nervous to stay here because I’ve been a housekeeper in the past and I read some not so great reviews! It was actually a great hotel to stay at. First I will say that the staff was all great, so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. As for the hotel, it is definitely old and outdated and I noticed that the bathroom was pretty dusty and could’ve been cleaned a little better but the beds were clean, which is always the first thing I check! They were probably closer to full size and not queen size but they were comfortable. If your traveling for Disneyland, the toy story parking lot is right across the street from the hotel and the free shuttles bring you to and from the park which is very convenient. We spent 10 days here and overall it was a pretty great experience! Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away.”
