“I was really nervous to stay here because I’ve been a housekeeper in the past and I read some not so great reviews! It was actually a great hotel to stay at. First I will say that the staff was all great, so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. As for the hotel, it is definitely old and outdated and I noticed that the bathroom was pretty dusty and could’ve been cleaned a little better but the beds were clean, which is always the first thing I check! They were probably closer to full size and not queen size but they were comfortable. If your traveling for Disneyland, the toy story parking lot is right across the street from the hotel and the free shuttles bring you to and from the park which is very convenient. We spent 10 days here and overall it was a pretty great experience! Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms & a quick walk to Disneyland. What else could you ask for? My partner and I really enjoyed our 3 nights. The staff are very friendly and the rooms itself was comfortable. It was a little dated but for the price we paid I didn’t care.”
